Shared Public View Example

Not every audience needs the full workspace.

Imagine a team that wants to expose one clean status page or submission flow without giving external people the rest of the workspace.

What Worka would create

A good shared-view design might expose:

  • one status or intake view
  • a reduced data model
  • a clear audience boundary
  • limited allowed actions

It shows how Worka can create public or semi-public software without turning the whole workspace into a public app. That is one of the most useful practical uses of shared views.
